Established in 1960, Tate Snyder Kimsey is an award-winning architectural firm recently ranked number 18 out of the top 50 architectural firms in the nation by ARCHITECT Magazine for 2009. For the last three decades, our emphasis has been on the planning and design of education facilities. We craft vibrant and sustainable learning environments by forming partnerships with our clients. Our inclusive design process is launched from the stakeholders input, and we strive for consensus by incorporating information from academics, administrators, and students, as well as community members.
We have successfully completed more than 100 K – 12 projects with a construction value of well over $1 Billion. Our projects range in size, scope, and level of complexity. Our experience includes planning and design of new elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and alternative schools, school additions, renovations and modernizations, as well as new theaters, gymnasiums and specialized classroom environments.
